Full Setup & Pack Down – Ideal if you want a completely seamless, Instagram-worthy experience where everything is styled, set up, and packed away for you.

DIY Picnic Hire  (Styled, Flexible & Great Value)

Our DIY picnic hire is a stylish, thoughtfully curated option designed for clients who want flexibility without compromising on aesthetics. Each picnic is professionally styled using our signature neutral palettes and quality hire pieces — you simply take care of the setup on the day.

You choose the location, enjoy the picnic for as long as you like, and pack up when it suits you. Every hire includes clear, step-by-step instructions to make setup easy and stress-free, even if it’s your first time.

All DIY hire items must be returned clean and free of food, spills, sand, and debris. This helps ensure everything can be promptly cleaned, checked, and prepared for the next hire. Cleaning is not included in DIY hire.

Collections & Returns

• Collection: Fridays

• Return: Mondays

• Both are within allocated time windows only

• Weekend returns are not available

• After-hours flexibility may be available for a fee, subject to availability

• All collections and returns are from Hillarys, Perth WA

 

This option is ideal for relaxed celebrations, casual gatherings, or clients who want a premium look with maximum time freedom.

Full Setup & Pack Down Picnic  (Completely Effortless)

For a truly hands-off experience, our full setup & pack-down option takes care of everything.

Simply book, select your location and time, and arrive to a beautifully styled picnic ready to enjoy. When your event wraps up, I return to pack everything away — no lifting, no cleaning, no logistics, no stress.

• Standard duration: 2.5 hours

• Extensions: $25 per additional 30 minutes

• Travel fees: May apply depending on location

• Permits: Clients are responsible for any required outdoor permits

 

Overnight hire is available, including setup and next-day collection from your address (additional charges may apply). Alternatively, items can be returned to Hillary's.

General Booking Information

All items are subject to availability. Cushion colour selections must be confirmed at the time of booking.

If you have preferences for flowers, plates, or napkins, please note these when booking — otherwise, selections will be styled at pickup to suit your picnic aesthetic. Additional customisation may be available on request.

 

Delivery is available from $75 one-way, depending on picnic size and location. Please provide your suburb for an accurate quote. Full delivery terms can be found in our T&Cs.

Children’s Picnic Parties

For children aged 6 and under, please confirm ages at booking. All glass items (including lanterns and plates) are replaced with non-glass alternatives, and reusable plastic partyware is provided. Forever Blooms are not permitted.

​

For children aged 7–10, non-glass table styling and reusable partyware are used. Forever Blooms are not permitted.
For ages 11–15, glassware is swapped for acrylic wine glasses, or reusable kids’ partyware may be selected instead (subject to availability).

We also offer themed picnic setups, including (but not limited to):
Wild One • Safari • Fairy • Swiftie • Teddy Bear Picnic and more. If you don’t see a theme listed, feel free to ask — custom themes may be possible.

Parental supervision is required at all times. Clients are responsible for any damage to hire items.
