This means no automated calendar — instead, you’ll receive a tailored confirmation once I’ve checked everything behind the scenes, and ensured that everything can be executed beautifully.

LOCATION & TIMING

⏰ Picnic Duration & Timing - for Full Setup bookings

  • Standard duration: 2 hours for couples/proposals, 2.5 hours for 10+ guests

  • Additional time: $25 per 30 mins, must be booked in advance

  • Picnic start time = handover time (setup completed, please don’t arrive early)

  • Picnic finish time = pack-down (picnic must be cleared for me to collect)

  • Picnics cannot be left unattended — someone must always remain with the setup

If you need extra time for arrivals, food, or decoration, please book in advance.

Services are available across the Perth metro area. Travel outside this area may incur additional fees and is subject to availability.


⏳ Response time: I personally manage all bookings, styling and event setups, so response times may vary depending on the week.

Mon & Fri: Main reply days

Tue–Thu: Limited availability (working in my travel business)

Weekends: On-site with events — emails monitored for urgent matters only
