Every booking is personally reviewed to ensure availability, styling stock, and setup times across each weekend. This means no automated calendar — instead, you’ll receive a tailored confirmation once I’ve checked everything behind the scenes, and ensured that everything can be executed beautifully.

If booking a 'Full Setup', please advise your Preferred Picnic Start Time

⏰ Picnic Duration & Timing - for Full Setup bookings

  • Picnic start times are structured to allow adequate setup and pack-down time so each event can be styled beautifully.

  • Standard duration: 2 hours for couples/proposals, 2.5 hours for 10+ guests

  • Additional time: $25 per 30 mins, must be booked in advance. Please advise in the comments box at the end, your preferred picnic duration.

  • Picnic start time is the 'handover time' (setup completed, please don’t arrive early)

  • Picnic finish time is the start of the pack-down (picnic must be completely cleared for me to collect)

  • Picnics cannot be left unattended at any time — someone must always remain with the setup

If you need extra time for arrivals, food, or adding additional decorations, please book in advance.

Services are available across the Perth metro area. Travel outside this area may incur additional fees and is subject to availability.


Pricing Notice (GST):

 Please note that all prices currently listed on our website are exclusive of GST while we complete updates across the site.

Your official invoice will include GST and reflect the final total payable.

Thank you for your understanding while we make these updates.


⏳ Response time: I personally manage all bookings, styling and event setups, so response times may vary depending on the week.

Mon & Fri: Main reply days

Tue–Thu: Limited availability (working in my travel business)

Weekends: On-site with events — emails monitored for urgent matters only
